CONS-22146 - USA (Coxsackie, New York) - House Rehab Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide house rehab service to the government authority located in Coxsackie, NY.• Scope of work – this list is a generalized scope of work and is subject to change based on necessity.– All hardwood floors/stairs refinished– Kitchen rehab including new flooring and cabinets– All new windows – Full HVAC and hot water upgrade with new oil tanks installed– 5 bathrooms varying from minor repairs to complete remodel– Exhaust fans installed in all bathrooms– Inspect slate roof and repair if needed– Paint walls and ceilings– Various wall and ceiling repairs– Plumbing repairs and upgrades– New light fixtures inside and outside– Replace rear deck– Basement stairs repaired/replaced– Stair banister repaired/secured– Smoke detectors installed– Electrical work throughout including a new panel – Building abatement has been completed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 27, 2026
