(1) Vendor needs to provide external recordkeeper and plan administrator service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.                                      – To provide administration, recordkeeping, implementation, participant services, investment transaction processing, technology integration, reporting, and related support.– a solution and service model that strengthens the participant and employer experience, supports compliant and accurate administration, enables disciplined oversight and reporting, and provides a scalable operating model for implementation and long–term administration.– To provide high–volume operational administration and day–to–day recordkeeping services in close partnership.– Includes employer onboarding and account setup, eligible participant outreach and enrollment support, participant and employer servicing, participant account maintenance, investment and account processing, document and workflow support, participant communications, reporting, dashboards, file exchanges, website and service–center support, technology integration, and other operational support services needed to administer the Plan efficiently and at scale. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
