LEGAL-18203 - USA (Connecticut) - Legal Services - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Connecticut.– Provide legal advice, counsel, services, training, consultation and opinions to the authority management, staff and its board of directors– Services required of the Legal Counsel include but are not limited to:a. Prepares and reviews contracts and other documents for legal acceptability and approval as to formb. Interprets State, federal and local laws statutes and regulationsc. Assists Authority staff and Board members to maintain awareness of ethical standards, avoid potential conflicts of interest prohibited transactionsd. Review FOIA requests, directs appropriate responsee. Assists the Authority in understanding and enforcing terms of contractsf. Updates the Authority Board and staff on the impact of changes in federal or state laws or judicial decisionsg. Coordinate with any outside legal counsel engaged by the Authority required for various matters(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
