(1) Vendor needs to provide health and dental insurance carrier service to the government authority located in Seabrook, NH. – Health insurance carriers to provide fully insured group health and dental insurance coverage. – Coverage options for active employees, eligible dependents, early retirees, COBRA participants, and other eligible participants reflected in the census.– Implementation, enrollment, member services, claims administration, billing, reporting, and account management.– A base plan substantially matching the current medical and dental plan design unless a variance is clearly identified.– Provide health and dental insurance benefits.– Provider network access, including network name and service area.– HSA compatibility and the treatment of employer deductible and HSA funding.– Prescription drug coverage and pharmacy network. – Medical and dental coverage. – Medicare retiree solutions available.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
