The County of Orange Health Care Agency provides health services to many populations in a variety of different settings. The Public Health Laboratory provides specialized, high quality laboratory testing for detection and control of infectious and environmental diseases including agents of Bioterrorism. Orange County Public Health Laboratory (OCPHL) and OC Public Health Water Quality Laboratory (OCPHWQL) are seeking to partner with a qualified vendor(s) who can provide miscellaneous laboratory testing supplies.
