(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Massachusetts.– Review, Draft, and negotiate contracts and leases. – Advise on legal matters related to municipal government. – Defend lawsuits, administrative claims, or other legal claims. – Be available to attend Town Meetings as scheduled. – Be available to attend Select Board meetings, if needed. – Other legal services as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
