(1) Vendor needs to provide gymnastics class programs and camps services to the government authority located in Cupertino, CA.• Class Programs and Camps – Contractor provides year–round gymnastics class programs and camps to children ages 1–12.• A program schedule that offers classes on a variety of days and times, including weekday afternoons, weekday evenings, and weekends, in order to maximize community access and participation.• Classes may include parent/child classes, preschool age classes, and school age beginner, intermediate, advanced classes.• Provides gymnastics camps designed for children ages 4 to 12 during seasonal breaks from school.• Campers will be grouped into small groups based on age and skill level.• Provides 1–hour and 45–minute private birthday parties for up to 30 individuals where they can participate in gymnastics activities together. • Kids will enjoy 1 hour of supervised fun in the gym and 45 minutes of party time in the party area.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
