(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources information consultant system.– Provide advisory, project management, and implementation oversight services throughout the human resources information system (HRIS) replacement initiative.– Providing implementation oversight, supporting the transition from the current HRIS to the selected solution, providing organizational change management support, and supporting post–go–live stabilization.– Consultants with experience supporting utility organizations or similarly complex public–sector employers; developing and managing RFP processes; facilitating HRIS software selection; providing implementation oversight; overseeing data conversion, testing, and organizational change management activities; and supporting post–implementation stabilization.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
