(1) Vendor needs to provide photo vendor services. – For downloading student rosters, managing photo primary and retake schedules with schools, and subsequently producing student/staff photos to the required size, format and quality expected with the addition of any specific needs required.• Provide photography services to any school that has selected them from the approved vendor roster, regardless of school size or student demographic.• Execute the Deliverables noted below in a timely manner.• Provide offerings for schools to choose from along with any associated materials.– All student photo files must meet the following requirements:i. Image files must be in the JPEG format, with a file extension of .jpg (lower case).ii. Image files should be roughly 200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high.iii. Each photo must not exceed 100K in size.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
