(1) Vendor needs to provide work injury compensation insurance and related administrative services. • Requires a comprehensive firm–fixed–price (FFP) work injury compensation insurance program to provide statutory insurance coverage and related administrative services for eligible locally employed staff.• Provide all insurance coverage, policy issuance, policy administration, endorsements, claims administration, account management, reporting, customer support, and related administrative services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract• The Contractor shall administer all covered claims arising under the insurance policy, including investigation, evaluation, processing, settlement, and payment of benefits, in accordance with applicable law.• Claims shall be administered in a timely, professional, and impartial manner consistent with accepted insurance industry practices and all applicable statutory requirements.• Responsible for administering, investigating, settling, and paying all covered claims arising from compensable events occurring during the applicable policy period, regardless of whether such claims remain pending after expiration, termination, or non–renewal of the contract or insurance policy.• Designate a primary point of contact and provide telephone and electronic mail contact information for routine claims administration.
