(1) Vendor needs to provide twin cities carshare services to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.– Providing service in existing carshare service footprint.– Increase transparency and partnership opportunities for collaboration around long–term sustainability for carshare programming.– Leverage existing resources and member–base to restart carshare services in the twin cities until a longer–term solution for carshare inclusion in public transportation funding materializes.– Operating models that incorporate free–float operations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
