(1) Vendor needs to provide complaint resolution assistance services to the government authority located in Everett, MA.– Provide temporary support to the Problem Resolution System Office (PRS) by investigating state complaints received. – Review submitted complaints to identify issues appropriate for investigation.– Provide the complainant with the opportunity to submit additional information, either orally or in writing, about the allegations in the complaint.– Review complainant’s submission of any additional information. – Review all relevant information and analyze evidence to evaluate district or school compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
