Sustainable land management by bench terraces in Munanira,Rwesero,Bihembe and Rwoga cells of Kabagari sector of Ruhango District. — Ecosystem-Based Restoration Approach for Nyungwe-Ruhango Corridor Project

TENDER NOTICE The Ruhango District invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the following tender: Tender for Ecosystem-Based Restoration Approach for Nyungwe-Ruhango Corridor Project (GEF 8 Project). The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the Account DECENTRARIZED TAXES/RUHANGO DISTRICT After declaration . The Proof of payment must bear the tender reference number of the tender in the Umucyo system. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before the date indicated in E-procurement. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day specified in E-Procurement. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. This tender is divided into four different lots, as specified in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). A Compulsory site visit is scheduled 22/9/2026 and will be conducted by RUHANGO District Staff. The venue for departure is fixed at RUHANGO District Office at 10h00am at Local Time and The site visit will be conducted by one of key personnel to be submitted on this bid as requested. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
