STAFF-16848 - USA (Florida) - Restaurant Operator Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide restaurant operator services to the government authority located in Florida.– Develop and implement the restaurant concept, brand, menu, service model, and customer experience approved. – Coordinate with the during final design, construction, equipment planning, pre–opening, inspections, and facility activation. – Operate the restaurant during approved hours and maintain reliable service levels. – Provide all staffing, management, training, payroll administration, uniforms, HR compliance, scheduling, and supervision necessary for operations. – Purchase and maintain inventory, food, beverages, consumables, smallwares, operating supplies, and other items not expressly provided by the. – Obtain and maintain all permits, licenses, certificates, approvals, health inspections, tax registrations, and operating authorizations required for the restaurant. – Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, security, pest control, grease management, waste handling, and equipment care in accordance with applicable requirements. – Maintain insurance, indemnification, and risk management practices required by the final agreement. – Collect and remit all applicable taxes, fees, rent, revenue share, utility reimbursements, common area charges, or other payments required by the final agreement. – Provide periodic reporting to the regarding operations, sales, community benefits, maintenance, incidents, and performance metrics. – Food and beverage service for ticketed events, private rentals, and community events. – Pre–event and post–event dining options, reservation systems, or limited menus tied to event schedules. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
