Managed Care, PPO, and PBM Networks for Workers Compensation Services

Description

The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified Offerors to provide to Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission the following services: Provide any one, or a combination of the following services: (1) PPO network of medical providers for treatment of work related injuries; (2) a PBM network and (3) case management for the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission Self- Insurance Plan, which covers employees of Missouri Department of Transportation, executive director and the employees of the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees’ Retirement System, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol, as set forth in this RFP. The contract period will be from the Date of Fully Executed Resulting Agreement through June 30, 2029, with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If an Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the buyer of record, Logan Wilbers, must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov. MoDOT will not accept bid responses by email.
