(1) Vendor needs to provide land use planning, urban design, transportation, and neighborhood planning service to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, VA. • Background Analysis of existing planning documents.• An analysis regarding the sustainability of an area and recommendations on how to best address a neighborhood’s incorporation and efficiency within both infrastructure and natural systems;• A vision for the development and redevelopment of each area using land use transect designations;• Identification of needed specific public utility improvements for water/sewer services, and storm water facilities;• Identification and protection strategies for natural and/or cultural resource areas;• Extensive interactive graphics illustrating the policies and proposals being adopted;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 21, 2026.
