EDUCATION-18132 - USA (Florida) - Conscious Discipline Implementation Service - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide conscious discipline implementation service to the government authority located in Florida. – Support the implementation of Conscious Discipline practices within the Early Head Start program to strengthen social–emotional development, relationship–based practices, positive behavior support strategies, and staff wellness.– The selected provider will be responsible for:• One (1) full–day training on Introduction to Conscious Discipline Training for Early Head Start teachers focused on foundational principles and practical classroom implementation strategies.• Five (5) consecutive days of in–person coaching at participating Early Head Start sites. Coaching will focus on translating training concepts into daily practice and strengthening teachers' ability to create safe, connected, and responsive learning environments• Six (6) one–hour virtual coaching sessions with designated staff. Coaching will reinforce training content, address implementation challenges, and support sustainability of Conscious Discipline practices across participating sites.• Support advanced professional development through attendance at the Conscious Discipline Institute for one (1) designated staff member.• Provide digital access to Conscious Discipline resources and implementation tools through the Conscious Discipline Now App for seven (7) designated staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
