EDUCATION-19135 - USA (Ada, Oklahoma) - Evidence-Based Suicide Prevention Training Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide evidence–based suicide prevention training services to the government authority located in Ada, OK.• The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish one or more contracts with qualified individuals/organizations to coordinate, administer, and deliver approved suicide prevention training programs.• The successful contractor shall provide one or more of the following evidence–based training programs:• Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)• Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)• Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)• safeTALK• Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM)– The contractor shall maintain all certifications and authorizations required by the curriculum developer throughout the contract period.– Training may be conducted in person or virtually at locations approved by the agency.– Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Coordinating all training logistics.• Scheduling instructors and training dates.• Securing training locations, when applicable.• Managing participant registration.• Sending registration confirmations and reminder notifications.• Managing participant cancellations and waitlists.• Serving as the primary contact for participant questions regarding registration and logistics.• Providing all required participant materials.• Providing instructors and any necessary training equipment.• Maintaining attendance records.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
