(1) Vendor needs to provide qualitative research, survey fielding, and resident compensation for ceo’s 2027 community needs assessment service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – CEO conducts a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment every three years to identify the socioeconomic challenges facing, as well as the barriers that prevent residents from meeting those needs.• Economic Mobility and Financial Inclusion • Employment and Training • Community Health Resources Access • Benefits Access • Civic Engagement • Housing • Disability Services Access • Transportation – To propose a mix of strategies that engage both in general and special sessions that center CEO clients.• Participant Recruitment • Focus Groups Facilitation • Photovoice Services • Survey Administration • Research Support Services • Data Analysis and Reporting • Other Support Services (2) A virtually pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
