(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle health electronic health record platform advanced training services to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, VA.– The contractor shall deliver platform–specific training regarding oracle health solutions and associated build and maintenance tools to agency staff providing informatics support.– Oracle health platform–specific support training – The government shall assist the contractor in identifying and training a unique named points–of–contact (poc) for set term including a primary and a back–up poc. – Provide dedicated, instructor–led courses, including remote and e–learning. – Provide access to the client education course catalog, which includes available courses, prerequisites, test–out options and policy.
