Vendor needs to provide land use planning regulations and ordinances professional services to the government authority located in Cascade, MT.• Reviewing the regulations and ordinances and identifying updates necessary for compliance with current laws.• Providing both draft revisions and final versions of the updated regulations and ordinances.• Conducting research and gathering data, developing goals and objectives, assisting in formulating implementation strategies, as needed, to update existing plan elements and draft new sections of the regulations and ordinances.• Provide a community engagement strategy, to include anticipated or proposed opportunities for solicitation of input from the community and key stakeholders, which will include the creation of, or assistance in the creation of, an assignment specific website to keep the community apprised of assignment activities and allowing for public comment and input.• Noticing (formally and informally) and facilitating various public meetings as part of the public engagement process.
