(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting service to the government authority located in Moncks Corner, SC. – Provide professional environmental services in support of the agency's EPA Brownfields Grant program.– Serve as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP)/ environmental consultant and will assist with technical, assessment, planning, community engagement, and reporting activities necessary to implement the agency’s brownfields assessment and/or cleanup grants.• Outreach support: Assist the agency with technical content for the Community Involvement Plan (CIP), public meetings, educational materials, website/social–media content, and stakeholder presentations• Site inventory: Develop and apply an evaluation/ranking tool to prioritize sites for assessment, incorporating community input, environmental risk, redevelopment potential, and other factors identified by the agency.• Assessments: Conduct approximately (15) Phase I environmental site assessments.• Remediation: – Prepare two site reuse assessment plans evaluating marketing conditions, demographics, environmental constraints, and reuse potential.– Prepare one comprehensive Brownfield Revitalization Plan defining goals, land use recommendations, site improvement needs, implementation strategy, and funding sources.• Programmatic support:(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
