PARKING GARAGE JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE

General work description: The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Orlando International Airport, Orlando, Florida, (Aviation Authority) is soliciting sealed responses from qualified Respondents to provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning solutions, degreasers, other miscellaneous tools, janitorial cleaning supplies, fuel, oil, lubricants, uniforms, vehicles and all other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing janitorial maintenance of the parking garages, performing activities necessary for parking garage floor scrubbing and surface parking areas located at the Orlando International Airport (OIA) in accordance with the Contract documents. This solicitation includes a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) and a Local Developing Business (LDB) / Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation requirement. The Aviation Authority has established a MWBE/LDB/VBE(s) Participation Goal of 20.0%.
