The City of Lakeland's Water Utilities Department is requesting Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services to work with an Engineering Firm in the Design of 1,175 ft of 12 inch forcemain and the upgrade of 1200 ft of 10 inch gravity sanitary sewer to 24 inch. The new 12 inch forcemain will be paralleling an existing 8 in Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP). All existing sanitary services will be required to remain in service during the construction phase of the project.
