(1) Vendor needs to provide health and medical services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY. • Ensure and maintain hours of operation and scheduling of services that reflect the needs of referred foster children and their foster families, including flexible hours to accommodate school–aged foster children and the work schedules of their foster families, and respond to after–hours emergencies.• Initial medical examination: perform an initial comprehensive medical examination in accordance with current recommended medical practice, considering the age, environmental background, and development of the referred foster child.• Establish and maintain a comprehensive up–to–date medical file for each referred foster child.• Obtain any necessary and appropriate follow–up evaluations and services.• Coordinate and monitor ongoing health related services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
