(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual equipment supplies and services to the government authority located in Kirtland, NM.A. System Integration & Functionality (Measurable & Mission–Related)– Outcome: Deliver a fully integrated, operational, and secure computer and audio–visual (AV) system in the Inspection Directorate (ID) conference room that supports multisource briefing capabilities.– Standard: 100% functionality of all display, audio, and network inputs upon final Government testing.B. Workmanship & Aesthetics (Attainable & Relevant)• Outcome: Ensure high–standard professional hardware mounting and clean cable containment to present a highly professional briefing environment for senior leadership.• Standard: Zero exposed, loose, or unlabeled cabling. All equipment must be securely mounted in compliance with structural safety and clean–room visual standards.C. Schedule & Operational Efficiency (Time–Bound & Specific)• Outcome: Minimize operational downtime for the Inspection Directorate.• Standard: All on–site installation, technical configuration, and site clean–up must be completed within 5 consecutive business days (not to exceed 40 operational hours on–site).(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
