(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering support services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Engineering services to support the repair, installation, modification, operation, design, fabrication, and testing and evaluation.– Provide technical writing support, including editing and reformatting technical documentation, figures, and tables. Perform comparisons of technical documents to record discrepancies, such as for Naval Energy Storage Systems Roadmaps.– Developing and improving program processes, including the creation of Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans, and Test and Integration Plans.– Develop various program management tools, including automated financial reporting, action item trackers, resource management, and inventory management tools– Provide support for meetings, program reviews, and training activities.– Provide support for coordinating and conducting test facility tours, including developing tour packages, signage, and posters.
