(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal fee, revenue and tax structure review services to the government authority located in Tisbury, MA.– Municipal finance consultant to conduct a structured review of the town’s fee and revenue structure and its property tax classification policies with the goal of identifying opportunities to diversify and strengthen the town’s revenue base.– Inventory and benchmarking of existing fees and revenue sources.– Identification of new revenue opportunities.– Benchmarking against comparable communities.– Residential exemption and tax classification review.– Prioritized recommendations and implementation roadmap.– Adjust the exemption percentage upward modeling incremental increases toward the statutory ceiling.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
