(1) Vendor needs to provide architect project inspector services to the government authority located in Pomona, CA.– All on–site inspection services and inspection–related activities for district projects, including required continuous inspection of all construction stages.– Performance or oversight of special inspections as directed by the district or architect,including coordination, scheduling, and timely reporting to all required parties.– Maintenance of complete, organized job files at the project site at all times, including all –required forms and documentation.– Maintaining records of concrete–placing, welding, pile–driving, and all other required construction procedure records.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
