The Town of Northlake reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined or obtained on-line by visiting the Town Northlake&rsquo;s Purchasing website at <a href=\"https://www.town.northlake.tx.us/487/Bid-Opportunities\">https://www.town.northlake.tx.us/487/Bid-Opportunities</a> and clicking on the link to the advertised project. The Contract Documents may be downloaded, viewed, and printed by interested contractors and/or suppliers.</p><p>Contract Documents may also be examined or purchased at the offices of Halff, at the following address:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Halff&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2601 Meacham Blvd. Suite 600<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Fort Worth, Texas 76137-4204<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The cost for Contract Documents is $80.00 per half size set. The cost of Contract Documents is not refunded. &nbsp;Submit check, cashier check or money order for payment. &nbsp;Cash will not be accepted.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>A non-mandatory prebid meeting for the project will be held via teams call at 10:45 AM, CDST, Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Questions regarding Contract Documents distribution, content, scope, or other information presented shall be submitted in writing to Mark Galvan, mgalvan@halff.com. All questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date of opening of Bids may not be answered. Responses to questions shall be provided in addenda.</p><p>This project includes the reconstruction of approximately 4,700 linear feet of 24-ft wide asphalt pavement along Faught Rd from Old Justin Rd to Robson Ranch Rd. The improvements include, but are not limited to, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, erosion control, pavement marking and signage, driveway reconstruction, and storm drain improvements.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to the Town of Northlake in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds, and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Contractors for this project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The Town of Northlake reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days from date on which bids are opened.</p>",
