(1) Vendor needs to provide long term residential housing services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA.– A minimum of one kitchen, one living room, one dining room, and one full bathroom on the main floor. Single or shared bedrooms and bathrooms must be available to accommodate residents– Each room must be furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, dresser, table, chair and lamps. The kitchen must be equipped with appliances, dishes, and other necessary items. Furniture and equipment must be replaced on an as needed basis to maintain safety and functionality determined by the Contractor.– If a single–family home, the primary entrance must be available at grade level.– The home must provide a place to keep client records secure and a space for confidential meetings.(2) A pre–proposal had been due on July 14, 2026.
