(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and traffic surveys supporting services to the government authority located in Los Gatos, CA.– Conducting engineering and traffic surveys and establishing speed–limit recommendations.– Collect representative speed data on all 65 designated roadway segments.– Speed data shall be collected Tuesday through Thursday only.– Engineering and traffic survey evaluation.– Adjacent land uses and development.– Traffic control and parking conditions.– Historical speed survey information.– School–zone speed limit review.– Inventory existing town school zones and posted speed limits.– Review available speed and collision information.– Identify any required signing, roadway, or administrative changes necessary to implement the recommendation.– Recommend the appropriate speed limit for each school zone.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
