(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management service to the government authority located in Russell, KY.– Provide full service construction management on the proposed project. – Responsible, cooperative and contributing member of the owner’s professional team for the design and construction of the project.– Construction Manager (CM) will provide assistance and advice and provide management services to the owner and design consultants to assure the project is completed within defined budget, program and schedule.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
