CSE-24466 - USA (Lincoln, Nebraska) - Unarmed Uniformed Security Personnel Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed uniformed security personnel service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – providing two on–site unarmed uniformed security services.– Be visible at all times.– Entry or access control of building enforce access control or procedures by checking employee IDs for identification verification before allowing access to the building; greet, and check–in and provide badges for visitors and vendors; and check–in packaged deliveries and contact employees.– Log in all visitors and notify divisions or directors office prior to granting access to a visitor. – Visitors must be escorted from the lobby by an employee.– Provide presence to deter unwanted activities.– Deny access of unauthorized individuals.– Provide assistance, directions, answer questions and otherwise serve as a central or visible source of information for employees, vendors, and visitors.– Uniformed security personnel will not carry weapons of any kind.– Prepare, complete, and maintain all paperwork and appropriate logs; report any incidents and provide daily operating Reports.– Deal effectively and professionally with disruptions in a respectful and tactful manner.– Uniforms shall include a visible name badge, and be of consistent color, appearance and in good condition.– Hours of work 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding state Holidays.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid optional site visit will be held on August 27, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
