EXTRA-76944 - USA (Texas) - Traffic and Revenue Consulting Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic and revenue consulting services to the government authority located in Texas. – Provide traffic and revenue services which include projections that support the annual budget process, debt issuance, and the requirements– Traffic & Revenue (T&R) consulting services will include issuing traffic and revenue projections in support of the agency system financing and the annual budget process– Develop periodic comprehensive traffic and revenue projections for the agency System.– Perform special studies or reports as requested regarding traffic, revenues, mobility, toll collection methods and strategies, related technology, and industry trends.– Develop and maintain monthly executive reporting to communicate system–wide transactions and performance versus prior periods and also versus budget.– Monitor and provide monthly analysis of the performance of the agency system(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
