(1) Vendor needs to provide milestone video management systems installation services to the government authority located in Stamford, CT. – Perform the actual field tasks such as installing cables, cameras, other equipment and troubleshooting system components.• Preventive maintenance of milestone system: provide basic preventive maintenance to the system application software and hardware.– The maintenance shall include a full review of the system software and hardware to verify that it is running properly and is optimized to provide the required performance and functionality.– Any new software updates and patches necessary to improve the stability, performance, and functionality of the system shall be applied.• Preventive maintenance of video insight system: Provide basic preventive maintenance to the system application software and hardware• On–site professional milestone employee services• On–site professional video insight employee services• On–site professional dell employee services• On–site professional siemens ruggedcom employee services• Install new video cameras(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
