FOOD-11313 - USA (Rapid City, South Dakota) - Annual Training Meals Service - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide annual training meals service to the government authority located in Rapid City, SD. – To support scheduled training meals with an estimation of 980 Breakfast Meals, 980 Lunch Meals, and 1,225 Dinner Meals 30 Nov through 4 December 2026.– Normal mealtime hours each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.– The government will provide the facility for serving meals.• Each Catered Lunch and Dinner Meal shall consist of: One meat (4–6 oz for whole meats such as roast beef, chicken breast, pork chop, or hamburger patty) (1 cup for ground meat in sauce: spaghetti, beef stroganoff, etc.)– One main entree (starch) (1/2 cup to 2/3 cup)– Salad (1/2 cup for prepared salad – coleslaw, potato salad, etc. 1 cup for lettuce salads)– Vegetable, hot (3/4 Cup)– Dessert (2 cookies, 1 piece of cake)– Juice (100% fruit juice not concentrate.)– Milk (1% low fat.)– Suitable condiments to include salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, topical sauces, assorted salad dressings, sugar, etc.• Each catered Breakfast shall consist– One meat– Single serving of eggs, French toast, waffle, pancake, or starch– Oatmeal– Assorted fresh fruit– Yogurt– Juice (100% fruit juice not concentrate.)– Milk (1% or 2% low fat.)– Suitable condiments to include salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, topical sauces, sugar, etc. as appropriate.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
