(1) Vendor needs to provide H–2 visa anti–fraud campaign services• Deter visa fraud and illegal immigration• Encourage verification of H–2 visa and job offers before applicants act on them• Simplify understanding of legitimate H–2 visa pathways through accessible, visual communication• Promote the U.S. Embassy as the sole authoritative source for visa information• Expose criminal networks perpetrating fake H–2 visa schemes and exploiting Salvadorans through social media and other channels• Behavioral insights and message framing• Media mix recommendations (social + traditional)• Verification action pathways (QR codes, WhatsApp, links)• Produce high quality multimedia content(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
