(1) Vendor needs to provide economist research and analytical support services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. • Providing economic expertise to evaluate transportation–related policies, fees, and regulatory impacts.• Conducting data analysis, forecasting and economic feasibility of proposed tariffs from individual motor carriers.• Conducting data analysis, forecasting, and economic feasibility related to the bureau’s project for updating the statewide tariff for wreckers and ambulance services.• Provide economic justification for proposed rule changes, fee updates, and statutory modifications• Evaluate economic impacts of regulatory changes affecting state transportation operations• Assist leadership with analytical support for legislative presentations and strategic initiatives.• Attend meetings (virtual or in–person) with leadership, program managers, and partner agencies as needed.• Provide subject–matter guidance and respond to data or analysis requests promptly.(2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
