(1) Vendor needs to provide lawncare services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.– Qualified lawncare and grounds maintenance contractors to provide comprehensive, dependable, and timely services.– Contractor(s) shall maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and other designated grounds in a manner that promotes safety, appearance, functionality, and the overall quality of the campuses.– Establish a pool of qualified lawncare and grounds maintenance contractors capable of providing consistent, professional, responsive, and cost–effective services throughout the term of the resulting contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
