(1) Vendor needs to provide courier mail pick–up and presort services to the government authority located in Turlock, CA.– shall provide weekday mail pick–up, sorting, presorting, postal preparation and delivery services for the City of Turlock’s mail correspondence and envelopes Monday through Friday during normal City business hours• ZIP code sequencing and validaton• Presort processing and bundling by mail class and destination• Application of all required USPS labels• Traying, sacking, and other mail container preparation as required by USPS(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
