(1) Vendor needs to provide resident home support initiative service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.– Outline of Servicesa) To obtain a resident referral who’s in agreement with the services and contact them and set appointments (within 10–14 business days)b) Initial assessment of the resident’s home which includes walk through (to identify the challenges and or needs of the resident).c) Sit down with the residents and create a cleaning pland) Demonstrate hands–on cleaning and organization techniques (for each target area)e) Teach the proper ways to use chemicals, cleaning supplies and proper storagef) Provide recommendations ongoing maintenance of their residence (task list)g) Review and provide feedbackh) Set–up follow upi) Summary will be submitted to the property manager (within 20 business days of the follow–up)(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
