(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance service to the government authority located in Massachusetts. – Provide technical assistance for decarbonizing existing K–12 public school buildings.– Provide financial support to eligible K–12 public schools or districts for projects to install or maintain clean energy infrastructure.– Accelerate the adoption of energy efficiency and decarbonization measures by schools serving low–income and environmental justice populations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
