Bagged Ice and Freezer Rental

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide bagged ice and the storage bins (freezers) to store the bags at multiple locations and various events throughout the City for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The City reserves the right to add items, services and locations/events as needed. Other departments may request goods and services when needed.
