EXTRA-76564 - USA (Greensboro, North Carolina) - Regional Transit Demand Management Plan Service - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional transit demand management plan service to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC. – Data Collection: Collect relevant data that depict regional transportation existing conditions and trends (land use, socioeconomic data, employment centers, travel behavior, transportation modes, access, etc.).– Plan and Policy Review: Review adopted local and regional planning guidance to inventory existing relevant transportation–related strategies and policies.– Vision & Guiding Principles: Establish a collective vision for the regional Transit Demand Management (TDM) plan, aligned with plan goals, shared values, and intended outcomes.– Funding & Resources: Identify the funding and resources, including opportunities and constraints, necessary and beneficial to administering the program and plan implementation.– Implementation Toolkit: Provide an implementation toolkit with guidance and resources to help facilitate plan adoption, TDM strategy implementation, program administration, and marketing andcommunications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) An Optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
