Alcazar Window Installation

The City of St. Augustine is seeking qualified contractors to install 242 windows and reglaze 88 windows in the Alcazar/Lightner building located at 75 King Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084, to include but not limited to the items listed below. Contractors are required to comply with each requirement listed herein, specifically all grant requirements as required by the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Historical Resources (Attachment #1). The location of work to be performed in the building is attached in the City Hall and Lightner Museum Window Replacement Report (Attachment #2). Specifications for Dowsil 790 Silicone Building Sealant is attached (Attachment #3). All Kolbe Ultra Series windows will be provided. The non- mandatory pre-proposal conference is intended to provide Respondents the opportunity to receive clarification of any requirement of this Request For Proposals.
