(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise sustainment management system support service.• providing comprehensive Enterprise SMS (Sustainment Management System) support, system updates, and conduct the required 20% asset inspections.• Monthly reports summarizing the eSMS support activities, including system performance, issues resolved, updates implemented, and user support provided.• Inspection reports for each asset inspected, detailing the findings, recommendations, and any required follow–up actions.• Updated eSMS database reflecting accurate asset information based on the inspection findings and as work is completed on assets, equipment and/or components.• Digitized all missing building plans.• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the eSMS system is functioning properly, conducting thorough inspections of facilities and equipment, and ensuring the accuracy within the eSMS database.• Provide technical field inspections and system maintenance for the eSMS system.• Monitor the system regularly to identify and promptly address any issues or anomalies that may arise.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
