(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management platform. • Requires an off–the–shelf, market–ready, enterprise Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) asset management platform, together with the implementation, data migration, hosting, maintenance and support services necessary to deliver.• Tenant portal (web and mobile) – enabling residents to raise and track maintenance requests, with localized triage• Leasing – unit allocation and lease generation, with centralized resident information and communications history• Financial reporting – compatibility with existing finance processes and systems to facilitate electronic invoicing, spend control and portfolio visibility• Data and management information reporting – aligned to the data strategy and ‘single source of truth’ principle, compatible with Microsoft enterprise tools including MS Fabric and Power BI, with cost coding to support analysis and forecasting;• Estate and asset management – common–area inspection and defect logging, estate audit tracking.
