(1) Vendor needs to provide operation of youth programs service to the government authority located in Salem, MA.         – Provide comprehensive interventions that support the attainment of a secondary school diploma or its recognized equivalent, entry into postsecondary education, and career readiness for participants.– Tutoring, study skills training and instruction, leading to completion of secondary school, including dropout prevention strategies.– Occupational skill training, with a focus on recognized post–secondary credentials and in–demand occupations.– Leadership development activities, which may include community service and peer–centered activities.– Integrated education and training for a specific occupation or cluster.– Paid and unpaid work experiences with an academic and occupational education component.– Entrepreneurial skills training.     (2) The contract period will be for two years.      (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
