EXTRA-73971 - USA (Virginia) - Bridge Structural Health Monitoring Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bridge structural health monitoring services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Providing professional and surveying services to establish baseline conditions and to monitor near and long–term physical responses of structures and structural elements.– Provide services at any stage of project development, including design, installation, monitoring, and long–term maintenance and operation of monitoring systems.– Provide field load rating services, including finite element analysis, measurement of structural responses to applied loading, load testing, instrumentation sensors, strain gauges, refined analysis.– Design and install structural health monitoring systems that monitor changes in the baseline records.– Develop quality control plans for instrumentation, monitoring, data collection, and analysis.– Survey and map geometry of existing structures using LIDAR or other measuring devices as appropriate.– Develop protocols for the reporting of structural health monitoring that are agnostic with respect to the provider and may be universally consumed by software platforms where structural health monitoring is reported.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14,2026.
